Company History: Mission: To provide collision repair value that exceeds the price the customer is paying at a level of service that rises above their expectations. Master Collision is a locally owned and operated auto body/collision repair company - operating in 5 metro MN locations (Minneapolis, Bloomington, Plymouth, Chanhassen & Roseville). In 1984 Paul Oberstar became the new owner of Paramount Collision Center - which was originally established in 1952 at its current location in Minneapolis. Paramount's focus was securing relationships with key insurance companies through high standards and getting their customers back into their vehicles as soon as possible. This effort made Paramount Collision the first to be approved by most major insurance companies as a direct repair facility in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market. Paul Oberstar would later purchase Rogers Body Shop & Glass, which had a location in Plymouth and Bloomington, in 1998. Rogers Body Shop got it's start in Minneapolis on Lyndale Ave and relocated to Bloomington. This body shop was the first to repair uni-body vehicles. This ability made them grow as a Preferred Repair Center for Toyota, BMW and Acura. In 1996 another Rogers Body Shop was opened in Plymouth. The Plymouth location was the first in the state of Minnesota to be environmentally friendly. We are proud to be the first "green" collision center in Minneapolis-St. Paul. To co-brand the 3 locations, Paul Oberstar created Master Collision Group LLC. The year 2000 rushed in a new Master Collision shop in Chanhassen and in 2001 another was opened in Roseville. Striving for strong customer satisfaction and utilizing the best processes and technology earned Master Collision the attention of the CEO of Sherwin Williams, who came to visit and documented our processes as the standard to follow. In 2000, Master Collision received the Collision Business of the Year Award. This is an award that recognizes the best of the best in the industry - setting the standards by which others are measured. This is proof of the dedication at Master Collision Group to quality work and delivering the best possible service to our customers. Our commitment and quality continues to this day.
